Those experiences have shaped the way I work with clients today.
Sales and business development taught me the importance of listening and understanding what someone actually needs. Project and office management reinforced the value of organization, communication, and follow-through. My experience coordinating groups and negotiating accommodations and transportation also required comparing options, managing details, and finding practical solutions. I bring that same client-focused mindset to insurance consultations.
